William Parton Agencies was opened in 1956 by the Parton family. William (Bill) Parton, a smart and business savvy family man decided Kitsilano was the perfect place to raise a family and start a business. The result was William Parton Agencies Ltd. The business started as a real estate office and eventually started to provide insurance and notary services.

It was not long after that William's sons decided to join the family business. Since then, William Parton Agencies has grown into a successful independent brokerage and notary's office serving thousands in the Kitsilano community and countless others from surrounding communities. Many of William Parton Agencies customers are third generation. Excellent service, client trust and honest advice has always been some of the reasons customers keep coming back after all these years.

William Parton Agencies has always been a member of the Kitsilano Chamber of Commerce and now the West Broadway BIA. They have also been a large supporter of community events such as the 4th Avenue soap box derby, Khatsahlano Days, and Summer of Love.

William Parton Agencies has also been a big supporter of local charities such as the Realtors Care Blanket Drive and Vancouver Union Gospel Mission. They also were supporters of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics and staff volunteered at some of the events. Among others, William Parton Agencies have supported local clubs such as Burrard Lions Club and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. William Parton agencies has always been and will continue to be an active member of the community we love!
